Product Development & Real-World Applications

Magnet Fan System

Designed and developed a modular magnetic fan system for rooftop tents, moving from concept through iterative prototyping and into small-batch production. The project required mounting optimization, environmental durability considerations, and additive-driven geometry refinement.

Composite Tooling for MotoAmerica Carbon-Fiber Race Fairings

Developed additively manufactured composite tooling under a two week race preparation timeline. Surface models provided by the race team were converted into segmented, manufacturable hand layup molds engineered for dimensional accuracy and controlled assembly.

The result was production ready tooling delivered within schedule, enabling immediate composite fabrication.

Automotive Prototype and one-off parts

Scan, design, and fabricate a wide varaiaty of solutions for custom automotive work. From work on Shifters knobs and Covers to functional brackets, standoffs, intakes and covers.

Have a Project in Mind?

Many projects begin with a simple problem, a part that doesn’t exist yet, a design that needs refinement, or a prototype that needs to become something manufacturable.

If you're exploring an idea or trying to solve a specific engineering challenge, we can start with a short conversation to understand the goals and constraints.
